LET IT FLOW
A Two-Month Writing Project
October 1 – November 30
Writing is about creating,
and creating, in its purest form,
is about not knowing what you’ll end up with.
Creating is about giving in
to the exciting life-giving impulse
to make something
all your own
never done before.
Let It Flow is a two-month writing project that supports you in going more deeply into your own unique writing creativity.
Participants write every day for one month, and then shape that collection into a finished product.
There will be short supportive online check-ins every 10 days for each person to share how their process is going, ask questions, and hear what the others are up to.
Marta will be fully participating in the project and on hand for quick private consults if needed.
In early December we celebrate with an online presentation of our finished work, open to all members of the Real Life Writing community, plus friends and family!

Let It Flow
A Closer Look
There will be no right way to do this.
During the month of October, when you are writing every day, you might want to focus your writing on a personal theme ~ a particular relationship, or place, or time.
Or you may just want to see what arises as you sit down to write.
Maybe a theme will emerge, maybe not. It does not matter.
The important thing in October is that you are writing every day no matter what, releasing more and more the desire for the writing to look a certain way.
In other words, accessing your unique writing voice.
Then, in November, you have your building blocks, the elements of your ultimate creation, an array of 31 pieces written in October. Now you can assemble them as your imagination suggests ~ ordering, titling, perhaps adding other elements such as visual art, refining your text as time allows.
Until by the end of November you have a finished product ~ a collection of writings that adheres with whatever connective tissue you have come up with.
Whether the connection between the pieces is easily discernible or not, each is rooted in you, in your experience, your perceptions, and emotional responses. Together, they are a reflection of you.
